A beautiful, restaurant‑style cut made from the same fresh Ontario chicken we’re famous for. A Chicken Supreme is a boneless, skin‑on chicken breast with the wing bone attached — a classic chef’s cut known for its tenderness, rich flavour, and stunning presentation.

Perfect for special dinners, entertaining, or anytime you want a dish that looks as good as it tastes. The skin crisps beautifully, the meat stays juicy, and the attached wing bone adds flavour and visual appeal. They’re also ideal for stuffing, making them a show‑stopping centrepiece with very little effort.
