We knew we weren’t the only ones that felt this way when shopping at the local grocery store. We wanted to take the guesswork out of shopping for proteins and go ‘old-school’, back to the days when food was delivered with a smile….and that’s how Chicken On The Run came to be!

Since 2003, we have continued to bring the freshest, quality meats to people’s doors ever since.

We knew it could be done, we just needed to get the word out that we were doing it! We began chatting with our friends and family about our fresh chicken…and word began to spread around Barrie, Ontario.

People loved our chicken, loved the home delivery service and knew that the products they were cooking tasted somehow ‘different’. It wasn’t a real secret though – it was just that the chicken was FRESH! You Can’t Get It Any Fresher!!!

We believe in distributing only Canadian Meats and Locally Produced Products.

Supporting local farmers and offering Canadian meats and prepared foods is what we take utmost pride in. In recent years, we have sourced out local Ontario Beef suppliers and Ontario bakeries to supply you, our very valued customer, with products you can feel confident in ordering over and over again.
