Preparation

• Deep fry wings at 350°F (177°C) for 3 1/2-4 minutes
• Preheat convection oven to 400°F. Reheat the wings for 15-17 minutes turning halfway
• Preheat conventional oven to 425°F. Reheat the wings for 23-25 minutes turning halfway.
